Puncknowle Manor Farmhouse offers generous accommodation in the heart of rural West Dorset, a short walk to Chesil Beach and a five minute drive to the sandy beach at Burton Bradstock.

The Farmhouse overlooks the peaceful Bride valley, with its picturesque villages surrounded by rolling hills. Puncknowle is a small farming village, with a convivial pub just two minutes walk from the Farmhouse.

The centrally heated Farmhouse has been recently redecorated and refurbished, and is well equipped with modern appliances for your needs. Apart from the views over fields in which calves and horses graze, it has an enclosed garden for your enjoyment.

There are two sitting rooms. One, with access to the garden, has a stereo system and an open fireplace. The other has TV, DVD and video. Complimentary high-speed wireless broadband is also provided.

The huge farmhouse kitchen and dining area is well equipped with a double Aga – and an electric oven – as well as a dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate utility room with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, and a downstairs toilet and shower. Upstairs, there are three double rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Also upstairs is a single bedroom and another bathroom, and additional WC, while in the loft is a family room with one double and four single beds. A cot and highchair are also provided.

Rent is inclusive of all bed linen and towels (except beach towels), heating and electricity, and initial fuel for both the fire and barbeque. This accommodation can be combined with the Carriage House next door to provide for up to 19 adults in eight bedrooms. Contact us for details.
